1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and a66cool ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://a66cool.cam ("the Platform").

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the a66cool Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or restricted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by a66cool or by a recognised third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of a66cool or its affiliated entities.
• You must be the legal and beneficial owner of all funds deposited into your a66cool Wallet.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documentation Requirements

a66cool is required to verify the identity and address of all registered users prior to processing withdrawals and in accordance with ongoing compliance obligations. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad / NRIC), Malaysian Driver's License, or valid Passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, showing your registered name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of the account holder holding the submitted identity document, taken in clear lighting with all document text fully legible.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. a66cool reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. a66cool will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

5.2 Single Account Policy

Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly forbidden. Any duplicate Account detected by our systems will be closed without notice, and funds in such Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

5.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. The Platform may not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the systematic extraction of data, automated betting systems not sanctioned by a66cool, or any form of arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing anomalies.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

a66cool accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit amounts are subject to your Account tier and any applicable payment channel limits.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to first release. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct bank wire: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

These are indicative timelines and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional compliance checks are required.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

a66cool operates a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable compliance frameworks. a66cool reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with unlawful financial activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities without notice to the User.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by a66cool are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (and in some cases the qualifying deposit) must be turned over before a withdrawal can be processed.
• a66cool reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Syndicated, coordinated, or professionally organised use of bonus offers to generate systematic profit is prohibited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, household, IP address, payment method, or device.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games offered on the a66cool Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and virtual games — are subject to the specific rules of each product as displayed within the game or market interface. In all cases:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, and by real-world event results for sports betting markets.
• a66cool reserves the right to void bets placed on events where manifest errors in pricing, market suspension status, or data feed integrity issues are identified.
• Live in-play bets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other sports markets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability and may be suspended without notice during periods of high activity or technical disruption.
• Winings from sports betting markets are calculated based on the final confirmed result as communicated by the relevant governing body or official data provider.
• a66cool's decision on the settlement of all bets shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 13.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a66cool Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or pricing models. Any winings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any Platform software.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of obfuscating your true location to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following the placement of wagers.
• Creating or using an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Any conduct intended to defraud a66cool, its payment partners, or other Users of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the a66cool Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, game titles, text, images, and the overall design of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of a66cool or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of a66cool.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and may be revoked at any time upon breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by a66cool in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described therein.

In summary, a66cool collects personal data including registration information, transaction records, device identifiers, and gaming activity solely for the purposes of service delivery, security, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

12. Responsible Gambling

a66cool is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals gambling can become a problem and we provide the following tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a66cool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, data transmission errors, or Platform unavailability.
• Any inaccuracy or delay in the transmission of data from third-party sports data providers affecting the settlement of bets.
• Loss of data, corruption of Account records, or unauthorised third-party access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
• Interruption of service during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of a66cool to any User in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising from the settlement of a bet must be raised with a66cool's customer support team within fourteen (14) days of the disputed settlement date. Disputes raised outside this timeframe may not be considered.

14. Account Termination

Either party may close a User Account at any time. You may request Account closure by contacting our support team. Any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

a66cool reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the Platform rules.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, a66cool reserves the right to withold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, legitimate Account balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which a66cool is incorporated and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Amendments to These Terms

a66cool reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
